IT OST Leadership Discussion Panel

David Horton is Penn State's vice president for Information Technology and chief information officer. He joined Penn State in May 2024 from the University of Oklahoma (OU), where he spent 23 years, the last five as chief information officer.

Chris Lucas is associate vice president for Academic Technologies & Customer Experience, a department within Penn State IT.

Jonathan Kukta currently serves as the Director of Business Services and Operations at Penn State Schuylkill.
