Tech Pros + Web Pros is a conference dedicated to creating professional development and networking opportunities for front-line, backroom technical, and website professionals at Penn State’s campuses. Each year the conference travels to a different Commonwealth campus to allow attendees to see where their colleagues work. 

This year the conference is June 5 - 7, 2024, at Penn State Greater Allegheny. 

The conference is free to attendees, and your sponsorship allows us to keep it that way. We have several sponsorship levels available, most of which include a table in our Sponsor Showcase. We would love to have you join us to share your solutions, software, and stories with our attendees.  

If you are interested in being a part of our conference, we ask you to reserve your spot for one of the following Sponsorship levels by Friday, April 5.

Levels

Diamond: $6500 (limited to one) FILLED FOR 2024

  • General session speaking engagement in the auditorium - Keynote
  • Sponsor-supplied marketing material placed in the conference packet
  • Sponsor name and logo on the conference website
  • Premium sponsor table placement in the Sponsor Showcase. 3 tables included
  • First option to sponsor Thursday evening event

Platinum: $4500 (limited number available)

  • Speaking engagement in classroom during professional development sessions
  • Sponsor name and logo at snacks table and during lunch
  • Sponsor-supplied marketing material placed in conference packet
  • Sponsor name and logo on conference website
  • Sponsor table in the Sponsor Showcase. 2 tables included
  • Option to sponsor Wednesday evening event (1 spot available)

Gold: $3500

  • Sponsor-supplied marketing material placed in conference packet
  • Sponsor name and logo on conference website
  • Sponsor table in The Sponsor Showcase

Silver: $2500

Bronze: $1500

Seats

Sponsorship includes space for two representatives per table. Any representatives over that number are $500 each and are limited to one per sponsorship.

Forms and payment

  • Sponsor Contract - review, fill out, sign, and return to us with check payment no later than April 26th, 2024.
  • Sponsor W9 - If your institution requires a W9, you can download and fill out this form.

Lunch

Lunch will be provided for your registered representatives (two per table unless you've reserved space for more than that). Each person who wants lunch must fill out the Lunch Registration Form.
