Being asked to develop a full remediation plan for your unit can be intimidating, but your initial accessibility audit of your "Top 30" items is an effective first step. In this session, we will discuss how an audit of your content, including your website, public documents, training or course materials and marketing content across channels can inform plans to identify high priority items, commonly used workflows in your unit, and which skills individuals need training on.

How Equidox Can Fix Difficult PDFs

This session will show how the Penn State Equidox service can remediate PDFs that are difficult to tag including scanned files, infographics, math content and other technical content. The session will cover basic zoning and tagging, adding information for screen readers, OCR tools and inserting MathML for HTML export.
