Tech Pros + Web Pros June 3 - 5, 2026

Tech Pros + Web Pros is a conference dedicated to fostering professional development and creating valuable networking opportunities for front-line, backroom technical, and website professionals across Penn State’s campuses. Each year, the conference is hosted at a different Commonwealth campus, providing attendees with the chance to experience firsthand where their colleagues work and to engage with various campus environments.

The conference remains free for all attendees, thanks to the generous support of our vendor partners. Sponsorships from organizations we collaborate with help us uphold this commitment to accessibility. We offer several sponsorship levels, most of which include a table in our popular Sponsor Showcase, ensuring sponsors gain high visibility among participants.

We warmly invite you to join us as a sponsor. This role provides you with prime opportunities to present your innovative solutions, software offerings, and success stories to a targeted audience. The Sponsor Showcase stands out as a highlight of the event, facilitating direct connections with attendees who are eager to discover new ideas and explore potential partnerships.

This year’s conference will take place from June 3 to June 5, 2026, at Penn State Lehigh Valley. If you are interested in participating, we encourage you to secure your sponsorship by reserving a spot at one of the available sponsorship levels. Please submit your contract by Friday, April 3, 2026, to confirm your participation.

Diamond Sponsorship - $7000 (limit 1)

  • General session speaking engagement - Sponsor Keynote
  • Exclusive Sponsor Relations Opportunity
  • Sponsor-supplied Branded Products or Marketing Materials distributed to attendees

  • Premium sponsor table placement in The Sponsor Showcase - 3 tables included

Platinum Sponsorship - $5000 (limited)

  • Exclusive Sponsor Relations Opportunity
  • Sponsor name and logo at snacks table and during lunch
  • Sponsor-supplied Branded Products or Marketing Materials distributed to attendees
  • Sponsor name and logo on the conference website
  • Sponsor table in The Sponsor Showcase - 2 tables included
  • Option to sponsor Wednesday evening event (1 spot available)

Gold Sponsorship - $4000

  • Sponsor-supplied Branded Products or Marketing Materials distributed to attendees
  • Sponsor name and logo on the conference website
  • Sponsor table in The Sponsor Showcase

Silver Sponsorship - $3000

Bronze Sponsorship - $2000 (no table)

Add Ons

Elite Beverage Sponsor - $700 (limit 3)

  • Keep attendees refreshed with a premium beverage station (coffee, tea, and more).
  • Available once per sponsorship.

Plus One - $500

  • Each sponsorship includes seating for two representatives per table.
  • Add one extra representative which includes chair and accommodations.
  • Limited to one per sponsorship.

Forms and payment

  • Sponsor Contract - review, fill out, sign, and return to us with check payment no later than May 1, 2026.
  • Sponsor W9 - If your institution requires a W9, you can download and fill out this form.

To proceed with Sponsorship, please print the Sponsor Contract above, complete the area at the bottom of the page, and provide a copy of it to TechProsSponsors@psu.edu. Instructions for payment based on your preferred method will be provided once the contract has been received.

Lunch

Lunch will be provided for your registered representatives (two per table unless you've reserved space for more than that). Each person who wants lunch must fill out the Lunch Registration Form.
